But I will be perfectly honest here: this blog is about me, me, me. Or maybe I should qualify: I'm going to write here about anything I find interesting, including (in no particular order):

- problems with our system of criminal justice and incarceration

- addiction (including my own) as well as the role that writing played in my recovery which, as you will learn, has many interesting twists and turns but which would not have happened if I had not, at a critical moment put pen to paper (or, in my case, fingers to keyboard).
